How to Inject HGH

The only way to use real HGH is to inject it into your body using a syringe.

Things you will need:

1. Insulin syringe
2. Alchohol swab
3. Reconstituted HGH
4. Cotton ball

Now, wipe the top of the HGH vial with a clean alcohol swab again and get a new, clean syringe. Remove the syringe cap and draw an equal amount of air into the syringe as your HGH dosage. Insert the syringe into the HGH solution vial, inject the air into the vial and turn the vial upside down and withdraw the correct amount of solution for your dose.

Turn the vial right-side up and remove the syringe and place the cap back on both the syringe and the vial. Put the date on the HGH vial and put the solution in the refrigerator, it can be used for up to 14 days.

Remove the syringe cap and pinch the injection area on your skin with your thumb and index finger.

Insert the needle quickly into your skin at a 90 degree angle. Slowly push the plunger down, injecting the HGH solution into your body until the syringe is empty. Remove the syringe quickly and place a cotton ball over the injection site. Apply pressure for several seconds and then rub for several more seconds. Dispose of the syringe.

HGH is typically injected in the waist/mid-section area.
